Star Coin 2: To the right of the first Dry Bones after the midway point, the second Star Coin rests in a hidden area. can obtain the Star Coin by jumping to it. should take the right path and continue jumping up until the first Star Coin can be seen on the left path. Star Coin 1: Shortly before the final Warp Door in the first area, there is a split path between a huge midair platform with two grate platforms. He then shoots magic projectiles out of his wand. At the end of the level, Mario must battle Roy Koopa.ĭuring the fight, Roy attacks by jumping and ground pounding, Roy Koopa has a very nasty ground pound attack just like Mario but unlike Mario's ground pound however, Mario will become stunned and vulnerable to Roy's attacks if he is standing on the ground when Roy lands. 
In a hidden area to the right of the last ? Block, is a Red Ring with another metallic fence.
At the top of the first section is a door that leads to a midway point and the beginning of the second section. The entire level is based around the use of metallic fences to progress, while avoiding Dry Bones, spikes and purple projectiles launched from above by Roy Koopa. The level starts with two doors, which lead to a room with a P Switch that make Blue Coins appear, and a remote-controlled moving metallic fence that Mario must use to get them. This tower only feature Dry Bones as enemies. At the end of the tower, Roy Koopa is fought. They can be taken out with ice balls if the player has an Ice Flower. As the player advances, purple fireballs come from above. This tower heavily features metallic fences that the player can cling on.
